Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development and delivery of AI products that transform our sales and services ecosystem. You will help build intelligent solutions that anticipate needs, improve efficiency and strengthen customer loyalty.

You’ll collaborate with AI engineering, software engineering, design and data teams in a hybrid environment with four onsite days per week, with relocation assistance possible for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years with progressive responsibilities in an agile software development environment.
• 3+ years as a Product Manager with responsibilities to include defining product vision, strategy, product roadmaps and building and managing backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Develop product vision and strategy for AI products with business partners.
• Define the product roadmap reflecting business needs, tech advances and market trends.
• Prioritize features based on customer feedback, data insights and business impact.
• Lead cross‑functional teams in design, development and deployment of AI products.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to drive value for Ford's core objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and translate needs into product features.
