An international law firm is seeking an AI Workflow Business Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology, driving the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-powered workflow solutions. This role is essential in engaging with stakeholders across the firm to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure AI-driven solutions enhance operational efficiency.

This is a fully remote role available across the United States, offering a competitive salary of up to $180,000, including a performance-based bonus and strong benefits.

What You’ll Do:

Design and develop automated workflows using modern workflow engines and AI-powered integration platforms.

Implement and maintain API integrations, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange between firm systems.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define objectives, and translate them into scalable AI-driven workflow solutions.

Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend automation opportunities.

Research and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance workflow automation and AI capabilities

What You’ll Need:

Proven experience in business systems analysis, workflow automation, and AI-driven solutions.
