What you get to do in this role:

  • The Specialist Solution Consultant is a technical and business consultant with the ability to develop, position, and provide industry and product-specific solutions during sales cycles, meeting sales goals for an assigned territory.
  • Support product sales as the technical, industry, and domain expert for a client-facing sales team across one or multiple industry markets.
  • Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver persona and value-based product demonstrations aligning solutions with customer needs.
  • Guide strategic programs in top accounts, such as customer journey sessions, roadmaps, and outcome agreements.
  • Provide feedback to product management to influence product roadmaps and strategies based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Share best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants to improve team quality and efficiency.
  • Stay informed on competitive analysis and market differentiation strategies.
  • Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.

To be successful in this role, you have:

  • Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI tools, automating workflows, analyzing insights, or exploring AI's impact on industries.
  • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in Enterprise Applications.
  • Industry experience in Manufacturing, Technology, or Telco is desirable.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or other enterprise cloud software solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline development and working with sales teams to ensure execution excellence.
