• Comfort translating between technical and non-technical audiences and producing clear requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale AI-powered workflows across practices with measurable impact.
• Document solutions and maintenance requirements; train power users to extend automations.
• Translate business needs into AI system requirements and enable staff adoption of Claude-based tools.
• Identify when external build support is needed (e.g., BI platform architecture) and coordinate with partners.
