Job summary

MCI in the United States is seeking an AI Workflow Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered workflows that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and accelerate business transformation across the enterprise.

You will analyze current processes, design automated solutions, integrate tools with core systems, partner with stakeholders, and monitor outcomes to ensure continuous improvement and measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, operations management, technology, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in workflow automation, process improvement, business analysis, or technology delivery.
• Experience analyzing and documenting business processes.
• Knowledge of workflow automation concepts and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements with stakeholders.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience supporting project or implementation activities.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Analyze existing processes and document current and future-state designs.
• Develop and deploy AI-powered automation solutions.
• Configure and implement workflow automation with core systems.
• Partner with business and technical teams; gather stakeholder requirements.
• Monitor workflow performance; track metrics and outcomes for optimization.
• Support user training, adoption, and issue resolution.
• Promote automation best practices and participate in pilot programs.
