Etherio is seeking an AI Developer to design and scale AI-powered workflows within our professional services teams. You’ll translate business needs into AI system requirements, create automated processes, and enable staff to adopt Claude-based tools.
You’ll collaborate with account managers, meeting planners, and IT resources to identify friction, document solutions, and deliver measurable improvements in throughput and accuracy.
Etherio is a professional services firm that partners with associations and corporations to deliver exceptional experiences and outcomes — through association management (AMC), meetings and events, and specialty conference work. We support client organizations across a range of industries with a team of more than 200 people nationwide. We've been building our AI capability since late 2024 — training staff on AI tools, developing automated workflows with outside development partners, and strengthening our data foundation through a recent enterprise systems implementation. We're making plans now to roll Claude out company-wide. We have real momentum, and we need someone who can help us accelerate and scale it. Our approach is grounded in a simple principle: AI handles the throughput, people own the relationship. Both of our business lines are fundamentally human-intensive and relationship-driven. Your job is to compress the operational and back‑office work so our team members can spend more time on the creative, strategic, and relationship work that clients value most.
The person we're looking for knows how to extract knowledge from busy people efficiently — through sharp questions, observation, existing artifacts, and pattern recognition — and translate it into AI‑ready systems with minimal burden on staff. You reduce the load on your colleagues rather than adding to it. You're as comfortable in a 30‑minute discovery conversation with a senior account director as you are building a prompt chain or designing an automated workflow. Think of yourself as part internal consultant, part systems designer, part AI builder. The rarest version of all three in one.
Etherio is committed to embracing diversity and inclusion in our hiring practices and in experiences as team members. Etherio is an equal opportunity employer. We believe that the most effective way to invite and retain a diverse workforce is to build an enduring culture of inclusion and belonging. The Firm does not discriminate in employment because of race, creed, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, citizenship status or protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state, or federal laws, rules, or regulations.
At Etherio, we have a purpose that drives all we do: We create meaningful partnerships, experiences, and connections that fuel growth and accelerate success for our clients and those they impact. Every day, we deliver creative, customer‑focused solutions for our corporate and association clients — one meeting, event, or membership experience at a time. We recognize that to deliver that experience for our clients, we have to deliver it for our own team members as well. Whether you work in one of our offices or virtually, we're committed to supporting your learning and growth by providing opportunities for partnerships, experiences and connections that will accelerate your own success. Together we live out our core values, celebrate each other’s wins, learn lessons from our failures, and pursue excellence together.
