Job summary

Etherio is seeking an AI Developer to design and scale AI-powered workflows within our professional services teams. You’ll translate business needs into AI system requirements, create automated processes, and enable staff to adopt Claude-based tools.

You’ll collaborate with account managers, meeting planners, and IT resources to identify friction, document solutions, and deliver measurable improvements in throughput and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience extracting and systematizing knowledge from subject matter experts in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows and automations; designing systems used by others.
• Working technical fluency: comfortable reading/writing basic scripts or structured prompts and troubleshooting automations.
• Strong business analysis: translate conversations into clear requirements documents.
• Comfort translating between technical and non-technical audiences; self-directed and organized.
• Preferred: experience developing automated workflows and dashboards with Claude/Claude Code.
• Experience with APIs and workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.).
• Familiarity with SDLC including UAT and feature enhancements; knowledge of AI agent frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and Scale AI-powered workflows across practices, starting with defined areas and expanding by impact.
• Define and build workflows usable by non-technical staff with minimal ongoing support.
• Document solutions and maintenance requirements.
• Teach power users to extend and adapt automations themselves.
• Serve as Internal AI Translator and Enabler between AI strategy and operational teams.
• Conduct structured discovery sessions to identify workflow improvements.
• Translate business needs into AI system requirements and AI capabilities into staff value.
• Support staff adoption of Claude through training and hands-on guidance.
• Leverage Claude Code and connected systems to develop AI agents and automations.
• Flag when outside build support is needed (e.g., BI platform architecture).
