Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead ServiceNow AI transformation initiatives for clients in a growing advisory area. You will spearhead EY’s AI thought leadership and drive end-to-end strategies, governing AI-enabled workflows and governance frameworks.

You’ll collaborate with clients to deliver AI-native solutions, mentor teams, and manage workstreams from planning through execution, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and strong ServiceNow/AI background.
• 2-5 years of ServiceNow experience with NOW Assist and related AI tools.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and client workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow AI project delivery across design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team including offshore resources.
• Build strong client relationships and demonstrate value of EY services.
