Job summary

Leatherman Tool Group is seeking an AI Transformation Manager to lead enterprise workflow redesign and AI-enabled capabilities across the company. This role focuses on change leadership, facilitating adoption, and measuring business impact with frontline teams and functional leaders.

You will design methodologies, run workshops, and establish a champion network to turn AI enablement into everyday practice, driving measurable P&L improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years leading change initiatives, process redesign, or digital transformation in an enterprise.
• Experience with end-to-end workflow redesign and value-stream mapping.
• Hands-on with AI tools; comfortable applying AI to business problems.
• Coaching and mentoring leaders and frontline staff.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions.
• Familiar with agile delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate the end-to-end workflow redesign methodology used across the company.
• Co-lead cross-functional workshops with strategic project teams and functional leaders.
• Maintain transformation pipeline cadence and throughput of new workflows.
• Drive agile methods including MVP and pilot-then-scale approaches.
• Partner with Finance to baseline and measure improvements on redesigned workflows.
• Translate business problems into measurable P&L impact and ROI.
