Job summary

SCAN seeks an AI Transformation Manager to bridge business strategy with technology delivery, aligning departments and leaders to redesign workflows and operating models. You will shape adoption plans, define skill implications, and ensure disciplined governance across transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer science, Engineering, or a related field required.
• Ability to bridge business strategy, operating realities, technology capabilities, and workforce change into practical transformation plans.
• Strong facilitation skills for executive alignment and cross-functional decision-making.
• Experience redesigning workflows, governance routines, and adoption mechanisms for tech-enabled change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders to understand strategic priorities, challenges, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead discovery activities, map workflows, size opportunities, and plan adoption requirements.
• Define current and future-state processes, roles, and decision rights for AI, automation, and analytics initiatives.
• Create transformation roadmaps, pilot plans, and training and communications for adoption.
