Job summary

The role requires 7+ years of experience in transformation disciplines, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to evaluate AI solutions against business

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in process innovation, product management, or digital transformation.
• Experience leading corporate-scale transformation initiatives from problem definition to delivery.
• Working knowledge of cross-functional business processes in consumer-facing industries.
• Practical experience applying AI, automation, or workflow technologies to solve business problems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across global teams.
• Experience working across international, cross-functional organizations.
