Job summary

Human Agency is seeking a senior AI consultant to lead transformation projects, from discovery through delivery, while also building hands-on AI solutions with client teams.

You will bridge strategy and execution, translating complex AI concepts for executives and steering go-to-market efforts. This remote-first role welcomes US and Canada candidates and rewards initiative, ownership, and collaborative leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in management consulting, startups, or product strategy with ownership over outcomes.
• Experience turning AI concepts into working deployments, not just advisory.
• Fluency with AI tooling and judgement to build vs buy.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement from discovery to delivery and own outcomes.
• Develop transformation roadmaps grounded in client constraints and implement them.
• Identify high-value AI use cases and shepherd them from concept to usable products.
• Translate AI concepts and tradeoffs for boards, executives, and operators.
• Support go-to-market, scope engagements, and deepen client relationships.
• Apply AI tools in real workflows, not just demos.
• Contribute to shaping how Human Agency delivers and learns as a senior member.
