Job summary

Human Agency is seeking a remote-first AI Transformation Consultant to lead end-to-end AI engagements for US and international clients. You will diagnose, design, and build AI-enabled solutions, staying involved through delivery and client handoffs.

Expect to own outcomes from strategy through execution, with a focus on actionable results and measurable impact. The role requires 5–8+ years in consulting or strategic product work, fluency with AI tooling, and a track record of shipping real AI

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in management consulting, venture-backed startups, product strategy, or similar, with ownership over outcomes.
• Proven track record of taking AI from concept to working reality in an org context—building or deploying something that works.
• Fluency with the AI tooling landscape — foundation models, workflow automation, prompt engineering, and the judgement to build vs buy.
• Proven ability to lead client relationships at senior levels, navigating politics and ambiguity while keeping engagements on track.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to convey complex AI concepts to executives and non-technical founders.
• Experience in 0-to-1 product building and shipping tangible results.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation projects from discovery through delivery and own client outcomes.
• Develop transformation roadmaps grounded in client constraints and stay in the work to ensure implementation.
• Identify high-value AI use cases and prototype solutions alongside the client’s team.
• Translate technical tradeoffs into crisp executive communication for boards and C‑suite leaders.
• Support go-to-market activities and deepen client relationships as needs evolve.
• Apply AI tools across workflows to establish working standards for rapid delivery.
• Shape how Human Agency delivers and evolves as a senior, flat team member.
