Job summary

Human Agency is seeking a seasoned AI transformation leader to own end-to-end engagements, from discovery to hands-on building with client teams. You will diagnose opportunities, design roadmaps, and ship AI-enabled solutions that demonstrably impact outcomes.

You’ve built and deployed AI in organizational contexts, with strong executive communication and the ability to drive accountability across teams. Remote-first, US/Canada eligible, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in management consulting, venture-backed startups, or product strategy.
• Proven track record turning AI concepts into working solutions.
• Fluency with AI tooling: foundation models, automation, prompt engineering.
• Strong senior-level client relationship skills and navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, executive briefings.
• Experience shipping 0-to-1 products with real client impact.
• Bonus: venture studios or high-growth AI exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation projects from discovery to delivery.
• Own client relationships and ensure outcomes.
• Identify high-value AI use cases and prototype solutions with client teams.
• Deploy working prototypes and ship solutions with clients.
• Explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
