Job summary

Evalueserve is seeking a Project Lead to drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives and partner with senior stakeholders to design operating models. You will analyze procurement processes, define future-state models, and guide AI-driven automation across global organizations.

The role is highly client-facing, collaborating with AI engineers, DevOps, and full-stack developers to deliver measurable business value. Remote in the United States with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in managing and delivering Data Science projects.
• Experience leading AI/GenAI initiatives and analytics using ML, GenAI and deep learning.
• Understanding of databases and cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle, SQL, Hadoop, Redshift, Hana.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation, process consulting, and workflow redesign initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML-driven business processes and digital transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior executives.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Define future-state operating models integrating AI, analytics, and automation strategies.
• Provide strategic thought leadership in analytics, including data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders and executives to drive transformation roadmaps and business value realization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, data scientists, and product teams.
• Lead change management and adoption initiatives across enterprise programs.
• Translate complex business problems into clear, actionable insights and executive-level presentations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with measurable operational and financial impact.
