You will engage directly with C-suite stakeholders, shape strategic direction, and develop multi-year roadmaps supported by compelling business cases.

Qualifications

• Experience in advisory, consulting, or strategy roles.
• Background in strategy or solution consulting within Marketing, CX, or Digital Transformation.
• Experience delivering transformation initiatives in Financial Services.
• Broad knowledge of Adobe, Salesforce, and Snowflake ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of front-office transformation, marketing technology, CRM, data strategy.
• Ability to influence C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
• Autonomous, capable of managing complex engagements in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic design phase for major client engagements, coordinating workstreams and roadmaps with robust business cases.
• Advise executive stakeholders on customer-centric transformation across marketing, CX, data, and digital capabilities.
• Champion AI-led transformation by identifying opportunities for intelligent automation and agentic workflows.
• Provide technology-agnostic recommendations across MarTech, CRM, and data platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Snowflake).
• Ensure decisions align with client objectives, operational needs, and long-term business value.
• Support pre-sales by shaping engagement scopes and identifying opportunities to expand relationships.
• Partner with client teams to drive change management and adoption beyond implementation.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders as a strategic advisor.
