Job summary

Tekion Corporation seeks a Director, AI Transformation & Enablement to own Tek-Ascend, an company-wide AI enablement program, from strategy to execution. You will design training, build a Champions Network, and drive change management across a global workforce in India and the US.

You will collaborate with the CIO/CISO, CTO, and People partners to deploy AI agents, govern AI workflows, and measure impact. A startup mindset and strong AI fluency are essential.

Qualifications

10+ years in HR, People Ops, organizational development, or management consulting.
3–5 years managing teams.
Proven track record in large-scale transformation programs.
Strong change management experience (Prosci/ADKAR a plus).
Experience delivering training/workshops and building curricula.

Responsibilities

Lead Tek-Ascend AI enablement program from strategy to execution.
Design training for four audiences and ensure practical adoption across functions.
Build community programs and governance for AI use cases.
Coach leaders through AI-driven role evolution and workforce planning.
Partner with Build CoE to align deployments with onboarding and adoption metrics.
Lead a lean team and deploy AI agents to accelerate workflows.
