Qualifications

• Significant experience leading business transformation and AI/automation initiatives.
• Track record delivering initiatives from discovery through adoption with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to translate complex processes into structured requirements and plans.
• Experience partnering with data, engineering, IT, security, and operations teams.
• Familiarity with AI, generative AI, analytics, and enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business leaders and teams to learn goals and success metrics.
• Map end-to-end workflows and identify opportunities for AI and automation.
• Translate ambiguous challenges into clear problem statements and use cases.
• Shape and deliver AI transformation initiatives from discovery to adoption and measurement.
• Collaborate with technology, data, analytics, security, and governance partners for responsible implementation.
• Help teams apply AI while preserving human judgment and oversight.
• Define success metrics and track impact (time savings, forecast accuracy, retention, revenue).
• Create repeatable playbooks and enablement materials for scale beyond a single project.
• Channel new ideas through governance processes to avoid duplication.
• Communicate recommendations and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
