Job summary

ISO New England, Inc is seeking an AI Champions Program Lead to drive enterprise-wide AI transformation, scale adoption, and foster governance across the organization. You will build a network of AI Champions, define roles, identify use cases, and lead training initiatives to enable a culture of disciplined innovation.

The role reports to senior leadership and involves cross-functional collaboration with IT, data, HR, legal, and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in enterprise strategy or IT leadership.
• 3+ years building cross-functional teams or communities of practice.
• Demonstrated success driving adoption of new technologies or methodologies at scale.
• Proven experience translating technical concepts for business audiences, developing AI use cases, and evangelizing AI benefits.
• Strong skills in fostering collaboration across silos, managing resistance, and building coalitions.
• Proven ability to establish and sustain communities of practice, activate grassroots advocates, and drive peer-to-peer engagement.
• Track record leading large-scale, cross-functional organizational change initiatives in complex, regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute AI vision and strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
• Build and formalize the AI Champions Network across business units.
• Foster AI adoption and culture through workshops, knowledge sharing, and forums.
• Establish AI governance frameworks balancing innovation with risk management.
• Oversee talent upskilling and targeted AI literacy initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT and finance on reporting, budgets, and metrics for AI programs.
