Job summary

Tekion is hiring a Director of AI Workforce Transformation & Enablement to own Tek-Ascend, our company-wide AI enablement program, from strategy through execution. You’ll build training, community programs, and change-management infrastructure to help ~3,000 employees embrace AI in daily work across India and the US.

You’ll lead a lean team, deploy AI agents, and partner with CIO/CISO, CTO, and People Partners to scale impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR, People Operations, organizational development, or management consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tek-Ascend AI enablement program across ~3,000 Tekionites in India, EMEA, Canada and the US.
• Design and evolve training for four audiences: non-technical, technical, managers, senior leaders.
• Build the Tek-Ascend community portfolio and govern the AI use-case library.
