Job summary

Tekion Corp in Pleasanton, CA, is seeking a Director of AI Workforce Transformation & Enablement to own Tek-Ascend, our company-wide AI enablement program. Build training architecture, community programs, change management, and workforce frameworks for Tekionites in US and India, while modeling AI-powered work with hands-on tools.

The role leads a lean team, partners with CIO/CISO, CTO, and People Business Partners to deploy AI agents and scale learning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field required.
Proven experience leading large-scale transformation with measurable adoption outcomes.
Formal change management methodologies (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or similar) a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead Tek-Ascend, Tekion's AI enablement program, across ~3,000 employees in multiple regions.
Design and evolve training for non-technical, technical, managers, and senior leaders with live labs and on-the-job content.
Build and manage AI Champions Network, Power Users, and quarterly hackathons; oversee governance and adoption metrics.
