Blackhawk Network seeks an experienced transformation leader to drive AI-enabled business improvement across the company. You will partner with leaders to identify inefficiencies, design future workflows, and deliver large-scale change with measurable impact.

You will work closely with AI architects and business sponsors to ensure adoption, manage roadmaps, and deliver high-quality deployments that improve cost efficiency, productivity, and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business transformation, operations leadership, or change management, driving digital transformation adoption.
• Related bachelor’s degree (Business, Tech, etc.)
• Proven ability to redesign business processes end-to-end and drive cross-functional programs in complex organizations.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI (Glean, Claude, Copilot enterprise tools) and workflow automation with a focus on workflow redesign.
• Comfort working alongside highly technical partners and understanding AI concepts.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale change and influencing without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen to define KPIs, understand costs, evaluate ROI, and ensure AI ethics.
• Executive-level verbal/written skills and experience designing enterprise learning programs.

Responsabilités

• Partner with functional leaders to identify high-impact inefficiencies and define future-state workflows enabled by AI.
• Lead end-to-end program execution, translating requirements and ensuring on-time, high-quality deployment.
• Own prioritization and roadmaps by building an enterprise AI opportunity pipeline and sequencing initiatives by impact and feasibility.
• Quantify and track impact through cost savings, productivity gains, and cycle-time reductions.
