YouDevise, a New York–based AI-native data migration and transformation company, seeks an Engagement Lead to sit with clients, scope problems, direct engineers, and own outcomes through go-live. The role signs engagements, manages sponsor conversations, and drives value beyond initial projects.

You should have 3–6 years from top-tier consultancies or PE value-creation experience, or led a portfolio-company function during data-driven transformations.

Qualifications

• Three to six years at McKinsey, Bain or BCG, or on a private equity value-creation team, or ran a function in a portfolio company when data was a mess.
• Ability to run an engagement with ambiguous scope, demanding customer, and engineers who need clear decisions.
• Operational excellence: the deck is right, the model ties, and the client hears back the same day.
• Willingness to use AI aggressively and learn fast—80/20 judgment over polish.
• Ambition for upside and partnership trajectory.

Responsabilités

• Engagements – lead the engagement once signed: scope with stakeholders, direct engineers, keep it moving, and own through go-live.
• Relationships – sit in sponsor conversations, present readouts, and generate future work from current engagements.
• The practice – own common engagement components as the practice scales, and hire engagement leads as customers stack up.
