Job summary

Talently in New York is seeking an Engagement Lead to own complex client engagements from scope with stakeholders to go-live. You will sit in sponsor conversations, present readouts, and turn one portfolio company into three by delivering clear decisions to engineers and teams.

You have 3–5 years of experience at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG, or in PE value-creation, or leading a portfolio-company function when data was messy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience at McKinsey, Bain or BCG, or on a private equity value-creation team.
• Experience leading engagements with ambiguous scope and demanding customers.
• Experience presenting readouts to sponsors and driving value creation in portfolio companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements from scope with stakeholders to go-live.
• Sit in sponsor conversations, present readouts, and grow portfolio companies.
• Own the engagement practice and hire engagement leads as clients scale.
