ProSights, an AI-native data migration and transformation company, seeks a seasoned Engagement Lead to drive client engagements from scoping through go-live. You will work closely with executives and engineers to deliver value, while owning the customer outcome in collaboration with private equity clients.
Ideal candidates bring 3–6 years from McKinsey/Bain/BCG or PE value-creation, with a track record of running complex engagements, and a bias for action.
We're hiring someone to run our engagements: sit with the customer, scope the problem, direct our engineers, and own the outcome through go-live. Today that job belongs to the founders, and it's the constraint on the business - the work is signing faster than we can staff it. It's also the part most people find addictive, because you watch AI do real work inside an operating business.

The people who do well here come from McKinsey, Bain or BCG, from a private equity value-creation team, or from deployment work at a place like Palantir. You're operationally strong, you can hold a room of VPs, and you want to be on the frontier of how real companies adopt AI.
We partner with private equity firms on value creation inside their portfolio companies, using data and AI. ProSights is an AI-native data migration and transformation company: the portfolio company is the buyer, and the sponsor is the channel that gets us in.
Migration is ERP and CRM migrations and system consolidations - work that today goes to large offshore teams for 18-24 months, and should take weeks.
Transformation is everything leading up to the actual AI transformation: most companies' AI mandates stall because the data underneath was never made usable.
The hard part is deciding what the data means and proving the final record is correct. That judgment layer is what we own - ingestion, schema mapping, cited extraction, exception review, reconciliation, controlled writeback.
Done wrong, the wrong customer gets the wrong invoice for the wrong product, quote-to-cash breaks, covenants trip, and there's a new CFO in eight weeks. Verification, with a citation back to the source document on every field, is what customers pay for.
YC-backed (W24). About a dozen people in New York, mostly engineers, all onshore, and largely profitable. On track to grow from 0 -> $5M run-rate revs in 6 months (i.e. end of the year).
You have three to six years at McKinsey, Bain or BCG, or on a private equity value-creation team - the ideal path is a few years of consulting and then a stretch inside PE - or you ran a function in a portfolio company when the data was a mess.
