EPAM Systems Inc is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to drive client engagements from pilot to scale, shaping readiness, reskilling and change programs that embed AI into everyday workflows.

You will collaborate with Applied AI, Data, Innovation and Business Consulting to deliver high-impact workforce transformation, define adoption metrics, and ensure responsible AI governance across client teams.

Qualifications

• Experience driving adoption of new tools and ways of working.
• Background in learning sciences or instructional design.
• Ability to use data to diagnose client needs and measure adoption outcomes.
• Proven success managing complex client programs and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI readiness assessments and identify high-impact use cases.
• Co-lead mapping of workflows to align people and AI roles.
• Design role-based learning programs tied to real workflows.
• Manage day-to-day delivery of client engagements and ensure quality.
• Define and track adoption metrics with responsible AI guidance.
• Contribute to proposals, accelerators and coach consultants.
