Qualifications

• 10+ years leading data science or ML teams.
• 5+ years in a leadership role with team management.
• Domain experience in insurance/reinsurance or related consulting.
• Hands-on experience in CV/NLP/recommender/time-series analytics.
• ML engineering and production delivery including MLOps and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Shape AI, ML, and agentic business and technology vision and go-to-market offerings for clients.
• Manage end-to-end data science, AI, and agentic projects and programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary workshops and design sessions with customers.
• Develop high-quality proposals with SMEs and consultants.
• Grow team capacity, mentor staff, and drive transformation with stakeholders.
