EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to steer client engagements from pilots to everyday practice. You will shape where AI adds value, redesign workflows and build AI literacy and change programs that drive adoption across the workforce.

You will partner with Applied AI, Data, Innovation, and Business Consulting teams to deliver integrated strategies and measurable business impact. This is a remote US role with a strong delivery focus.

Competenze

• 6+ years in AI enablement, learning and talent, change management or transformation consulting with delivery focus.
• Proven experience driving adoption of new tools and working beyond training design.
• Working knowledge of generative AI tools and enterprise platforms and how they alter real-world workflows.
• Demonstrated capability in human performance improvement or instructional design for workflow redesign.
• Comfort using data to diagnose client needs and define measurable adoption outcomes.
• Proven success managing complex client programs and stakeholder relationships.

• Lead AI readiness assessments and help clients identify and prioritize use cases by impact and feasibility.
• Co-lead workflow mapping to determine human-AI fit and role changes.
• Translate role changes into reskilling and AI fluency pathways for leaders and staff.
• Design and facilitate role-based learning programs tied to real workflows.
• Manage day-to-day delivery of engagements, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Apply learning sciences and instructional design to change workforce behavior.
• Define and track adoption metrics with responsible AI guidance alongside client teams.
• Contribute to proposals, accelerators and content while coaching junior staff.
