Job summary

Ladders seeks an AI Transformation specialist to lead adoption of AI-enabled tools across account teams in the Real Estate & Construction sector. This remote US-based role partners with account leaders to move pilots into broad rollout, remove blockers, and optimize adoption outcomes across the organization.

You will design change-management materials, run hands-on training, measure impact with scripts, and collect feedback to continually improve usage across the company.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in change management, technology adoption, or digital transformation.
• Experience in operations and technology operationalization.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for engaging diverse teams.
• Experience designing and delivering training and enablement programs.
• Proven ability to collect, synthesize, and act on user feedback.

• Serve as the primary contact for adoption and change management during tool release cycles.
• Lead hands-on training and enablement sessions for account teams.

For our client, we are seeking a AI Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will help drive the adoption of new AI-enabled tools and workflows across account teams and operational functions. The position sits at the intersection of technology operationalization, change management, and user enablement, with a focus on helping teams move smoothly from pilot phases into broader rollout. You will partner closely with account leaders and end users to remove blockers, gather feedback, and improve adoption outcomes across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $180,000 annually
