Job summary

Elios, Inc. is seeking an AI Transformation Lead at Managing Director level to run the AI Transformation Office and its flagship offering. You will guide engagements from pilots to governed AI value across the business, reporting to the Delivery Leader within the AI Services practice.

You will lead a team of strategy and transformation leads, solution experts and value analysts, shaping governance, policy and impactful roadmaps across finance, operations, HR, and more.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in strategy, transformation or technology consulting.
• 4+ years leading programs at senior director or MD level.
• Led enterprise transformation offices or PMOs with executive steering and benefits tracking.
• Experience across several business functions, not just one department.
• Hands-on familiarity with generative and agentic AI, enough to prototype and judge feasibility.
• Strong business-case and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AI Transformation Office engagements including cadence, policy, use-case intake, roadmap and value tracking.
• Develop and coach strategy, transformation leads, and analysts in the group.
• Run AI readiness assessments and use-case prioritization across functions.
• Own maturity assessment methods and prioritization economics.
• Facilitate shared decisions on priorities, risk and investment.
• Shape transformation programs with GTM partners and manage change.
• Collaborate with AI Delivery to ensure roadmaps tie to business value.

About the Role

We're hiring an AI Transformation Lead, at Managing Director level, to run the AI Transformation group and its flagship offering: AI Transformation Offices. These engagements take clients from scattered pilots to governed, measured AI value across the business.

The group sits inside the AI Services practice of a fast-growing, PE-backed finance and accounting advisory firm. You'll report to the practice's Delivery Leader and lead a team of strategy and transformation leads, solution experts and value analysts.

The role suits someone who has run enterprise transformation offices, has built AI prototypes themselves, and can tell a credible roadmap from a slide deck.

What You'll Do

• Lead AI Transformation Office engagements: steering cadence, AI policy, use-case intake, roadmap and value tracking
• Lead and develop the strategy and transformation leads, solution experts and value analysts in the group
• Run AI readiness assessments and use-case prioritization across finance, operations, HR, supply chain and other functions
• Own the group's methods for maturity assessment, prioritization economics and value tracking
• Bring business and technology leaders to shared decisions on priorities, risk and investment
• Shape and sell transformation programs with the go-to-market partners
• Lead change management so teams actually use what gets built
• Work with AI Delivery leaders so every roadmap can be built and every build ties back to value

Qualifications

• 12+ years in strategy, transformation or technology consulting, including 4+ years leading programs at senior director or MD level
• Led enterprise transformation offices or PMOs with executive steering and benefits tracking
• Transformation work across several business functions, not just one department
• Hands‑on familiarity with generative and agentic AI, enough to prototype and judge what's feasible
• Strong business‑case and financial modeling skills
• Experience leading and developing teams of consultants

Nice to Have

• Financial services or other regulated‑industry clients
• AI governance frameworks such as NIST AI RMF or ISO/IEC 42001
• Change management certification (Prosci or similar)
• MBA
• Experience with enterprise AI assistants such as Claude, benefits tracking or value ledgers, and Power BI
