Qualifications

• 20+ years of IT leadership and program delivery experience.

• Expertise in Quality Engineering and enterprise test management.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, AI Transformation, Quality Engineering & Delivery Excellence to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This leader will shape and execute enterprise technology transformation initiatives that bring together AI, quality engineering, and delivery excellence. The role is responsible for advancing modernization efforts across global operations while strengthening governance, automation, and execution discipline. This position will partner closely with executive stakeholders to drive measurable improvements in delivery performance, operational consistency, and technology adoption.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $142,450 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities
