Ladders is seeking an AI Transformation professional to lead change management and adoption for technology releases across account teams and field operations. For our client, we are seeking a AI Transformation-1 to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead change management and adoption efforts for technology releases that support account teams and field operations. You will partner closely with stakeholders across accounts to drive successful rollout, training, and user enablement while helping ensure new tools are adopted effectively. The position is focused on removing blockers, measuring impact, and translating user feedback into actionable improvements that strengthen execution across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 - $180,000 annually
