Job summary

Omnicom seeks a Specialist, AI Training & Development to scale enterprise-wide upskilling across global agencies. You’ll become the go-to expert on the tool suite and generative features, supporting AI Transformation with adoption of new workflows and live tooling updates.

You’ll design hands-on curricula, lead training sessions, collect feedback, and collaborate with product training teams to align messaging and drive platform adoption across the network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in instructional design, AI proficiency, technical talent enablement, or senior agency operations.
• 2+ years architecting workflows with generative/agentic AI tools and prompting structures.
• Ability to translate complex tech into accessible curricula.
• Strong presentation and visual communication skills for interactive learning modules.

Responsibilities

• Pace training against core KPIs: reach, sessions, adoption, and usage across the network.
• Organize and structure AI training sessions for client and capability teams.
• Coordinate across enablement functions to deliver differentiated training solutions.
• Collect training feedback and feed insights to inform roadmaps and feature releases.
• Develop interactive training materials with hands-on, simulated experiences.
• Iterate curricula to reflect changes in internal tooling and external partnerships.
