Job summary

Prime 8 Consulting seeks an AI Enablement Associate/Specialist hybrid role to drive AI adoption across enterprise clients and internal teams. You’ll design change programs, train leadership, and develop prompt libraries that ensure accurate, on-brand AI outputs.

The role emphasizes measurable adoption, executive training, and cross-functional collaboration with a strong emphasis on practical outcomes and client impact. Hybrid work arrangements supported.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional experience in a client-facing role.
• Demonstrated AI-first problem solving with a tangible result.
• Strong verbal communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience designing training, playbooks, or change programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with client and internal teams to surface AI use cases.
• Design and deliver change management programs and adoption pathways.
• Present to executives and large groups on AI capabilities and governance.
• Build and maintain prompt libraries, validation systems, and workflows that ensure accuracy and on-brand output.
• Manage multiple concurrent client engagements and stakeholder groups.
• Stay ahead of new AI tools and translate them into practical use.
