Prime 8 Consulting is seeking an AI Enablement Associate/Specialist for a hybrid role in Washington. You will embed with clients and internal teams to identify AI use cases, build adoption frameworks, and deliver training that turns AI into measurable outcomes.

This role emphasizes strategy and enablement over proofs of concept, focusing on executive training, change management, and scalable AI tooling, including prompt libraries and governance.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional experience in a client-facing setting.
• AI-first problem solving demonstrated by a created process, tool, or training.
• Strong verbal communication and presence with executives and large groups.
• Self-directed learner who keeps pace with new AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with client and internal teams to surface AI use cases and score them.
• Design and deliver change management programs, training tracks, and adoption pathways.
• Present to executives and train large groups on AI capabilities and governance.
• Build and maintain prompt libraries, validation systems, and workflow docs.
• Manage multiple client engagements and stakeholder groups without losing momentum.
• Stay ahead of new AI tools and translate them into practical use quickly.
