Job summary

Omnicom is seeking a Senior Project Manager for AI Transformation to lead AI-driven business process changes across client and agency teams. You will bridge emerging AI tools with everyday workflows, drive UAT, adoption, and measurement of outcomes-based integration.

You will coordinate with Product and Engineering to translate agency feedback into actionable requirements, manage governance and risk, and champion cross-functional rollout strategies in a complex, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years delivering programs, PM or ops in media tech or ad tech.
• Expert stakeholder management with C-suite influence.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, and productivity copilots.
• PM frameworks and tools with solid financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the voice of the user within the AI Transformation team, aligning capabilities to agency use cases.
• Lead end-to-end AI rollouts and UAT phases across client and agency teams.
• Translate client feedback into engineering requirements with Product and Engineering.
• Governance on data sharing and agent configurations across stakeholders.
• Prioritize upgrades, migrations, and feature releases based on feedback.
