Job summary

Omni, a leading AI-powered training and enablement platform provider, seeks a Specialist in AI Training & Development to scale enterprise-wide upskilling across Omnicom’s global agencies. You will become the go-to expert on Omni’s tool suite, partner platforms, and generative features, building hands-on curricula for users of all technical levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in instructional design, AI proficiency, technical talent enablement, learning & development, or senior agency operations within media, marketing, or ad tech networks.
• 2+ years of practical, hands-on experience architecting workflows using generative and agentic AI tools (prompting structures, custom GPTs, automated workflows).
• Deep instructional curiosity and a strong passion for translating complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging curricula.
• Excellent presentation and visual communication skills with a track record of interactive learning modules, video assets, and digital training collateral.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage large, complex training rollout plans.

Responsibilities

• Pace training against core KPIs (reach, sessions, usage rates, platform adoption) across network businesses.
• Organize and structure AI training sessions to provide comprehensive support for client and capability teams.
• Coordinate across enablement functions with cross-functional teams to deliver differentiated training solutions.
• Systematically collect training feedback and pain points, funneling insights to transformation leaders for roadmap planning and upgrades.
• Synchronize AI narratives and role-based use cases in coordination with Omni product training teams.
• Build and distribute interactive training materials with hands-on, simulated experiences for all skill levels.
• Continuously iterate curricula to reflect live changes in tooling, model partnerships, and agentic tech.
• Present clearly to teammates across functions, aligning messaging across capabilities.
• Cultivate an internal community of practice where super-users share tactics to accelerate peer training.
