Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead education initiatives for attorneys, paralegals, and executives.

You will design curriculum, deliver live and virtual training, author digital content, and drive adoption of legal AI platforms such as Harvey and foundation models like Claude and OpenAI. Remote, nationwide scope with collaboration across the firm's training team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical training, user enablement, instructional design, or technology consulting.
• 1+ year of dedicated experience training professional end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
• Direct hands-on experience training users on Harvey AI OR experience in a law firm/legal environment as an AI or legal tech consultant.
• Deep understanding of generative AI mechanics including prompt engineering, token optimization, and output validation.
• Experience developing learning content and administering courses in Learning Management Systems (e.g., Absorb LMS).
• Strong background delivering live virtual instructor-led training to professional audiences.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident residing in approved states.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide AI education initiatives, developing learning paths for attorneys, paralegals, partners, and staff.
• Create and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, prompt libraries, and interactive modules.
• Deliver virtual and instructor-led training focused on real-world legal workflows and productivity use cases.
• Publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS.
• Spearhead rollout and adoption of Harvey and other enterprise AI platforms; train on prompt engineering and token management.
• Provide coaching on foundation models and tools like Claude, OpenAI/ChatGPT, and Grok.
• Support governance and responsible AI usage, data privacy, and ethical compliance in training.
