Job summary

You will partner with leaders across functions to understand hiring needs and deliver talent solutions in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management for global roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing AI roles.
• Experience with AI sourcing tools.
• Experience partnering with global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Understanding of US recruiting requirements (e.g., OFCCP).

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for global roles across the Accenture ecosystem.
• Identify and engage talent pipelines using digital platforms and internal tools.
• Partner with business leaders, HR, and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools and analytics to optimize efficiency and candidate experience.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and ensure compliance with recruiting processes.
• Deliver hiring insights and market intelligence to inform workforce planning decisions.
