Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience sourcing and hiring for AI, platform engineering, and product roles preferred.
• Experience using AI sourcing tools and working with global stakeholders across time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for global roles across the ecosystem.
• Identify and engage talent pipelines across digital platforms and internal tools.
• Partner with business leaders, HR, and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools, automation platforms, and analytics to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Maintain compliance and data accuracy in applicant tracking systems.
• Provide hiring insights and market intelligence to inform workforce planning.
