Job summary

Crowe AI Studio is seeking an AI Tech Lead to design, build, and deploy agent-powered workflows that accelerate the Audit practice. You will work with practitioners, own end-to-end delivery, and establish reusable patterns and architecture.

You will co-lead a small team of forward deployed engineers, build CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, and mentor peers to advance Crowe's AI strategy and capabilities across engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of Python development building enterprise apps.
• Hands-on design of AI agents using a skills-based architecture.
• Experience deploying AI/ML on cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Strong leadership, mentoring and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own design, development, and maintenance of AI agents and workflows.
• Collaborate with Audit SMEs and forward deployed engineers on the product.
• Write, review, and test substantial Python code and agent resources.
• Lead portfolio growth and mentor engineers on best practices.
• Establish reusable patterns and CI/CD for agent delivery.
