Job summary

Intuit’s Expert Network is seeking a technology operations leader to own the COE tech stack, governance of escalation workflows, and alignment with product and engineering roadmaps. You will shape readiness for AI capabilities and partner across IT, product, and COE leadership to enable experts to perform at their best.

You will influence tool choices, drive operational efficiency, and stay ahead of AI tool adoption to support scalable expert support across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in technology operations, IT operations, product partnerships, business operations, or related fields.
• Experience managing operational tech stacks, escalation systems, or cross-functional tech partnerships with ownership of infra and outcomes.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools, Intuit Assist or similar AI platforms, CRM/CSMS tooling, or escalation management systems.

Responsibilities

• Tech Stack & Tooling Operations — Manage and govern the full technology stack supporting COE day-to-day operations.
• Escalation Ecosystem — Design and own the cross-org escalation system infrastructure and processes.
• Tech Team Partnerships — Represent COE in product and engineering conversations to align roadmaps.
• AI Integration & Readiness — Stay ahead of AI product roadmap and build readiness frameworks.
• Support Function Operations — Oversee COE internal workflows, documentation, and tooling.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement — Test new tools, including AI, for COE applicability.
