Qualifications

• 5–7 years in technology operations, IT ops, or related fields with cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience managing operational tech stacks, escalation systems, or cross-functional tech partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and govern the full technology stack supporting COE day-to-day operations.
• Own the escalation system infrastructure and process design across the organization.
• Represent COE needs in product and engineering conversations to influence roadmaps.
• Develop AI integration readiness and adopt tools as they mature.
• Oversee internal COE support workflows and documentation to ensure efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to apply emerging tools and AI capabilities to COE operations.
