Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in technology operations or related fields.
• Experience managing operational technology stacks and escalation systems.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and AI product roadmaps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Tech Stack & Tooling Operations — Manage and govern the full technology stack supporting COE day-to-day operations.
• Escalation Ecosystem — Own the technology infrastructure and process design for cross-org escalation systems.
• Tech Team Partnerships — Represent COE interests in product and engineering conversations; align roadmaps with COE needs.
• AI Integration & Readiness — Stay ahead of AI product roadmap and develop readiness frameworks for COE adoption.
• Support Function Operations — Manage internal COE support workflows, docs, and tooling.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement — Identify opportunities to apply new tools and AI capabilities.
