Job summary

Intuit’s Expert Network COE seeks an AI & Technology Enablement lead to own the technology infrastructure, governance, and readiness initiatives that empower experts and COE teams. You will collaborate with product and engineering to align roadmaps with COE operational needs and customer outcomes.

This role emphasizes translating technical complexity into operational clarity, building credibility with partners, and driving scalable readiness for AI tooling within Intuit’s COE ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in technology operations, IT operations, product partnerships, business operations, or related fields.
• Experience managing operational technology stacks, escalation systems, or cross-functional tech partnerships.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and escalation management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology stack and governance for COE day-to-day operations.
• Design and manage the cross-org escalation ecosystem to surface and resolve issues.
• Represent COE needs in product and engineering conversations to influence roadmaps.
• Develop AI readiness frameworks to adopt AI tools as they mature across COE workflows.
• Oversee internal COE support workflows and tooling for efficient operations.
• Identify opportunities to experiment with emerging tools and technologies to improve COE operations.
