Qualifications

• 5–7 years in technology/IT operations, product partnerships, or related fields.
• Experience owning tech stacks, escalation systems, and cross‑functional partnerships.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and CRM/CSMS tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and govern the technology stack supporting COE day‑to‑day operations.
• Own escalation infrastructure and processes across the cross‑org ecosystem.
• Represent COE in product and engineering conversations and align roadmaps.
• Develop AI readiness frameworks to adopt new tools as they mature.
• Oversee internal COE support workflows and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve COE and expert operations with emerging tools.
