You will own post-sale relationships, translate business requirements into actionable plans for the technical team, and help shape AI strategy for leading global companies with a flexible hybrid (NY) or remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management or account management in a SaaS or AI environment.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Solid understanding of AI trends and how they solve business problems.
• Native or professional-level English with a client-first mentality.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from post-sale through full implementation and growth.
• Translate business requirements into actionable project plans for the technical team.
• Track and report on AI implementation ROI and key performance indicators.
