Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) is seeking a Project Manager for the AI Studio within the Center for AI and Digital Experience (AIDE). This role supports AI-enabled product development, technology infrastructure, and innovation programs, reporting to the Director of the AI Studio and the Executive Director of AIDE.

The position emphasizes delivering projects on time and within scope, coordinating across clinical, academic, IT, and product-management teams, with opportunities for Lean

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, engineering, information technology, or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare, technology, or academic environments.
• Demonstrated proficiency with collaboration, documentation, reporting, and project tracking tools, including Microsoft Office/Teams and project management platforms.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Scrum, Agile, or equivalent project management credential required, or required within a specified period after hire.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day management of multiple concurrent projects across AI product development, infrastructure buildout, and innovation initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans that include scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams, including technical, clinical, academic, and administrative stakeholders.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership, including risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Maintain project documentation, including timelines, reports, and performance metrics; assist with budget tracking.
