Northeast Ohio Medical University invites applications for the Senior Manager, Center Operations in the new Center for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Experience (AIDE). The role partners with the Executive Director to establish core operating processes and to lead day-to-day operations of the center, including staffing, onboarding, and office infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Five+ years of progressive experience in operations management, program administration, or related role.
• Experience leading recruiting, onboarding, and team development efforts.

Responsibilities

• Center Operations and Infrastructure: manage daily activities and operational functions of AIDE; assist in strategic planning and budgeting.
• Staffing, Recruiting, and Team Development: organize staffing and onboarding; mentor direct reports.
• Conferences, Competitions, and Events: plan and execute conferences and events to enhance branding.
• Community and Industry Engagement: lead external engagement strategy and coordinate with advisory council.
• Research Related Activities: coordinate administrative requirements for IRB submissions and grant processes.
• Communication and Branding: manage marketing and messaging consistent with brand standards.
• Commercialization and Philanthropic Engagement: support funding and partnerships for AIDE.
• Miscellaneous Duties: perform other duties as assigned.
