Job summary

NEOMED is seeking a Project Manager for the AI Studio within the Center for AI & Digital Experience (AIDE). You will oversee AI-enabled product development, infrastructure buildout, and innovation programs across diverse stakeholders, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with institutional priorities.

The role requires at least three years of project management experience, ideally in healthcare or academia, and PMP/Lean Six Sigma or equivalent credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare, technology, or academic environments.
• PM tools proficiency including Microsoft Office/Teams and project management platforms.
• PM credentials such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Scrum, Agile, or equivalent required or to be obtained within a specified period after hire.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment where processes and workflows are being developed.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of multiple concurrent projects across AI product development, infrastructure buildout, and innovation initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams including technical, clinical, academic, and administrative stakeholders.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership with risks and dependencies.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and performance metrics; assist with budget tracking and resource utilization.
